My approach
I believe that there are times in life when we need someone to turn to, who can help us make sense of things and cope with difficult feelings or situations. I am here to offer that support. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where my clients feel listened to and held, supporting the exploration of problems, challenges and feelings which may be difficult to talk about. At the heart of my practice is the belief that you have the inner resources to implement change. I am here to facilitate that through our work together.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a selection of theoretical approaches to support my clients. These include Psychodynamic Therapy (rooted in Psychotherapy), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-centred Therapy. What this basically means is that I tailor your therapy according to your needs, and have the ability to draw from various approaches to do so.
